Modification: Hotel must be informed of re-booking at least 3 days prior to arrival
Cancellation: Refer to the cancellation policy per room promotion availed.
Online bookings: In the event that the Cardholder is not present upon check-in. Guest
should submit an authorization letter and a copy of Government-issued
I.D signed by the Cardholder.
Failure to submit the required documents, Hotel has the right to refuse
or deny the stay.
